IMPORTANT: The FTP site is not monitored. You must call or email your salesperson or csr to place an order. Send any instructions only to your salesperson or csr.

General Instrctions:

You must have FTP Client software in order to access this or any FTP site. The client software is built in to Windows 2000/XP and Windows 7. MacOS users must purchase and install Fetch.

FTP site address: ftp.tigerpress.com

No username or password is required.

Files must be sent to the 'upload' folder.

Fetch Users:

Macintosh OS9 Users: Enter the information into the logon screen as follows:

Macintosh OSX Users: Enter the information into the logon screen as follows:

Netscape Navagator Users:

Enter the following into the location bar: ftp://ftp.tigerpress.com/upload

Windows 2000/XP Users:

1. Double click the 'My Network Places' icon

2. Double click 'Add Network Place'

3. Enter 'ftp://ftp.tigerpress.com/upload' as shown and click 'Next'

4. Check the 'Log on anonymously' box and click 'Next'

5. Enter a name for the shortcut or use the supplied default and click 'Finish'

6. The TigerPress FTP server will open as shown. You may now drag and drop or copy and paste your files into this window.

7. The TigerPress FTP Server will now be listed in your 'My Network Places' for future use.

 

Windows 7 Users:

1. Click Windows Logo (start menu) and Choose "Computer"

 

2. Choose "Map Network Drive" from links bar.

 

3. Click the link "Connect to a Web site ...."

 

4. Click "Next" button

 

5. Click "Choose a custom nework location" and click "Next"

 

6. Type "ftp://ftp.tigerpress.com/upload" and click "Next"

 

7. Check "Log on anonymously" and click "Next"

 

8. Type "TigerPress FTP" and click "Next"

 

9. Click "Finish" and you are done. TigerPress FTP will now show up in your network locations folder.
