 The pressroom at TigerPress features the latest in Komori sheetfed offset printing technology.
Our Komori 6-color 40 inch Lithrone printer is equipped with an inline aqueous coater, as well as the PDC-5 print scanning system, which allows for consistent quality throughout the entire run.
With and a speed of 15,000 sph, the L-640 delivers enormous productivity, high print quality and the versatility to handle a wide range of printed products, while short makeready affords minimal paper waste.
The Komori 4-color 28 inch Lithrone press, along with the 2-color Sprint 28 inch Perfector press, give TigerPress a unique advantage in short run print work while maintaining the highest image quality.

Pressroom Environment:
- Pressroom is temperature and humidity controlled.
- All presses use reverse osmosis water purification and digitally controlled wetting agents for PH and conductivity consistency.
- Our presses run soy-based ink to aid in our recycling effort.
